Took me a while to install, but the walk-thru door swings open easily even when I’m holding the baby, and it locks solid at the top of the stairs. The slide-to-fit width meant it sat snug against our banister with no wobble. Exactly what we needed for peace of mind.

The slide-to-expand mechanism is so smooth I can adjust it one-handed while holding my toddler, and it locks solidly at the top of our steps. It took me maybe ten minutes to get it snug against the wall, and now I actually feel calm when she’s wandering near the landing.

Installing it at the top of our stairs took maybe ten minutes, and the slide-to-fit expansion locked into our doorway perfectly. The walk-through door is smooth enough that I can carry laundry with one hand and open it with the other.
